-- Megan Brown, the owner and founder
of the Sweet Tooth Fairy, will be cooking for the stars today as she
teams up with chef Shawn Armstrong for the 10th annual ChefDance, an
exclusive five-night dinner series that assembles renowned culinary
professionals to create gourmet dishes for a hand-picked guest list.
event is held in Park City and runs in conjunction with the Sundance
Film Festival. Brown and Armstrong, executive chef of Montage in Deer
Valley, are the only two Utah chefs invited to prepare food this year.
They will be preparing dinner for 250 people on Saturday. Brown's chosen
dessert is a sweet potato cupcake with a ginger graham crust, filled
with cinnamon creme brulee, and topped with orange frosting and candied
pumpkin seeds. She also is giving each guest a box of The Sweet Tooth
The invitation was a huge moment for Brown.

Brown said she will have eight culinary students to help with her dessert. The preparation has taken several weeks.

kitchen with such a talented group of chefs and having the opportunity
to create a custom dessert for this special group."
Other chefs for the five days are Armstrong, Javier Plascencia, Whitney Miller, Shawn McClain and Marcel Vigneron.
